Laundry Service FAQ

No, not at all. We weigh your order AFTER we have washed & dried it.

We service ALL areas of: Acworth, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Buckhead, Chamblee, Kennesaw, Marietta, Roswell, Smyrna and Woodstock. There is a 35lb minimum per order if you live within 10 mile radius. If you live outside the area please call us to confirm.

We charge your card every time you have a delivery of laundry. We will always contact you before the delivery is made to provide you with a final weight and cost. If you decide to use your credit card, your card is then processed before the delivery. You are only charged for the services you received. Nothing more, nothing less.

No, pick up and delivery fee is included in $1.70 per lb price.

You will have your laundry back within 2 working days (Mon-Sat). Example: Pick up on Tuesday will have a Drop off of Thursday before 6pm.

Yes we do!! All you need to do is complete the order form online and place your dirty laundry in a garbage bag or Hotel Laundry bag. Leave it with the front desk or concierge service and advise them that Soapy Suds Laundry Reps will be by to pick it up. Since most business people need their laundry next day, place the next day in the special request section on the order form. If not, the laundry will be neatly returned in 48 hours.

We have a 35LB minimum for orders within our pick up area. If you live a few miles outside our pick up area call or email us- we can make an exception, but do have a 50LB minimum. Please call or contact us to confirm.

There is a $10 missed pick up fee. You can cancel your pick up for the week at any time. To avoid any fees, please call or email us by 9:00 am to let us know you won’t have a pick up.

At Soapy Suds we are proud of our “Legacy of Clean” products. They are Eco friendly and Hypo-Allergenic products that are highly effective, won’t harm the environment and won’t harm people. However, if you wish to send a specific detergent along with your laundry and we will keep it on hand for you future pick-ups. We will let you know when the detergent is running low.
